Deniz Thai is an officially registered tour company with a tourism licence, working on the island of Phuket in Thailand.
We operate under the legal name DENIZ PHUKET CO., LTD. and hold an official tourism licence issued by the competent Thai government authorities.
Our main goal is to give guests travelling in Thailand a safe, comfortable, high-quality and unforgettable holiday.

Deniz Thai is run by a professional team that lives in Thailand and has many years of experience in tourism.

How booking works
- Choose a tour and send it to us on WhatsApp.
- We confirm availability and your pickup time.
- Pay as agreed: a deposit, cash or a bank transfer.
Cancellation and penalties
Under the official rules stated on our booking voucher:
- More than 24 hours before the tour: if the booking is cancelled, 20% of the tour price is charged as a penalty and the other 80% is refunded.
- Less than 24 hours before the tour: if the booking is cancelled, 100% of the tour price is charged as a penalty and the amount paid is not refunded.
Note: we recommend that all guests read the cancellation and refund terms before booking.
Payment terms
Payment for excursions and other travel services is agreed individually with Deniz Thai managers when you book.
You can pay in these ways:
- Deposit (advance payment): a set amount paid in advance to confirm the booking.
- Cash: paid through a company representative (courier).
- Bank transfer: payment sent to the agreed bank account.
Note: the payment method, amount and terms depend on the chosen excursion and are agreed with you in advance when you book.
