Terms of service

Booking

You send us a booking request on WhatsApp from a tour page. A request is not yet a confirmed booking: your tour is confirmed when we confirm availability and the details with you on WhatsApp.

Prices and payment

Prices are in Thai baht (THB) and are shown on each tour page, per person or per group as stated there. Amounts shown in other currencies are approximate conversions for your information; the price you pay is in THB. Options and extras (for example seat class, dinner or transfers) are priced separately where shown. We do not take payment on the website; we explain how to pay after confirming your booking.

Payment (a deposit, cash through our courier or a bank transfer) is agreed with our manager when you book.

Cancellation

  • More than 24 hours before the tour: if the booking is cancelled, 20% of the tour price is charged as a penalty and the other 80% is refunded.
  • Less than 24 hours before the tour: if the booking is cancelled, 100% of the tour price is charged as a penalty and the amount paid is not refunded.

Some tours have their own terms; these are shown on the tour page and take precedence.

Weather, safety and changes

Tours depend on weather and sea conditions. The captain, guide or operator may change the route or timing for safety. National parks may close sites or whole islands at short notice. If a tour cannot run, we contact you on WhatsApp to agree a solution.

Your responsibilities

  • Give correct details for pickup (hotel and room) and be ready at the agreed time.
  • Check the restrictions on the tour page (for example pregnancy, age or health) and tell us about anything relevant before booking.
  • Follow the instructions of the crew and guides, and national park rules.
  • Bring what the tour page asks for, such as a copy of your passport.

Tour operators

Many tours are run by partner boat, tour and show operators. We choose them carefully and arrange your booking with them; their own safety rules apply during the tour.

Travel agency (B2B) accounts

Partner accounts for travel agencies are subject to approval and to separate partner terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand.
